Deep Sea Tuna Salad


– 4 cups cooked whole wheat pasta wheels
– Raw carrot – scrubbed and sliced into thin matchsticks.
– Medium onion chopped
– Celery sliced thin
– Green pepper chopped
– Radishes sliced thin
– 6 1/2 ounces can drained tuna — water pack
– 3/4 cup dressing (see recipe)


– 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
– 2 tsp honey
– 2/3 cup brown rice vinegar
– 1 tbs freshly ground black pepper or Salt
– 1 garlic clove, mashed


1. Make sure all the ingredients are thinly sliced.
2. Toss all the ingredients in a large salad bowl and chill. Combine all ingredients and shake well or blend. Refrigerate.
